Euroview Architectural Glass processed the glass for the build-to-rent housing scheme, Mustard Wharf, in Leeds. This 250-home project is in the Holbeck area of the city with immediate proximity to the River Aire. With building next to the canal as well as the railway station, we had many logistical challenges to overcome as part of the development team.

For our client, Elite Aluminium Systems, we processed Guardian Glass’ ClimaGuard A1.1 and ClimaGuard A1.0. Guardian ClimaGuard A1.1is a low-E coated glass with a Ug value of 1.1 which offers excellent thermal insulation with a high light transmission. This achieves the performance of lowE glass and the aesthetic appearance of clear float glass. Guardian ClimaGuard A 1.0 is a soft coat, dual stock Low-E glass that offers the optimum level of thermal insulation possible in standard double glazed insulating glass units.
