Thrayle House in Stockwell, South London, is a re-development of an existing 1970s block with a family of buildings varying in scale up to 20 storeys. The new project consists of four residential blocks of varying sizes with a standalone block of five town houses and commercial units to the ground floor areas. The 170 homes for Network Housing Group include family houses and duplex dwellings, dual aspect apartments and penthouses. 40 of them are designed specifically for older people, and available for rent.

Euroview processed and supplied Cool-Lite SKN 176 II glass which is a solar control coating for use in residential or commercial buildings, either for façades or overhead glazing. Due to the unique properties of the coating, it is ideally suited to applications requiring a high light transmittance, low g value and excellent neutrality.
